Well. That is why he issued the PR. lol. You and I both know that. He has always been good for a blip up on his PR campaigns which are full of BS. Friday's was no exception. A little defamation is probably no worse in his mind than scamming people about 100 million gallon a year biodiesel plants that will never be built.

Aziz probably felt like he had to lie and defame you. He just issued another massive round of dilution. He had to find buyers for all that stock he wants to dump.

I would really go after him. Why should he do what he did to you and suffer no consequences? He is going to reap a lot of money from this major round of dilution. You might as well take it from him. Screw the apology. you should want compensation.
