I'm in the same situation. I took a small starter position to be in the play. And now I want to accumulate, but I don't know if it will be by averaging UP or DOWN.

It will all depend on what 'they' are up to.

I'll only 'chase' it if by TA it breaks 0.014 or if by FA they cancel the CD's and start the pump.
