forextrader99, what makes you think CMTN has any intention of uplisting, which would require at least 3 years of SEC filings revealing everything about the company back through the SPNI days?

IMO SEC filings are the farthest thing from happening to CMTN.

Well, if this does linger up and down there will be many disapointed shareholders. The point being is that I agree with you but we have not even seen what this thing can do while having a dry well. We have been diluted with a 504 for 1 year.

No more dilution and we may go up and stay up.

I think many investors are used to seeing pinks and otc go up and down is because 25% manipulation (mm's) and 75% the officers of the company are dirty and they want to line thier pockets or pay the costs of operating the company because they are terrible businessmen and can't make a profit.
Of course there are a few that are sincere and need capital to grow. Many times I hear investors cry about the pinks and the dirty games that the mm's play but 75% of the problem is the company itself diluting and killing the stock.

So with that said what usually happens is the otc or pinksheets company puts out a press release, the price goes up and they sell (dilute). While the price is now lower a new base is built, they send out another press release, the price goes up again and they sell (dilute). They do it over and over and when they run out of retail investors they wait until the smoke clears for 6 months to a year to start it all back over again.

Now, with that said if CoMedia happens to have other sources of funding after they just did a 504 and theres no more diluting then the price will go up up and away superman.

With many things that could be announced and deals that could be getting finalized to be announced who knows the sky is the limit.

I just think that if there is nothing but good news and they don't dilute like every other pinksheet or otc stock we will go up and stay up like I said before. Mind you I understand games can and will be played by the mm's but not enough to kill this stock.

I do understand your concern with the uplist so they are fully reporting to attract better investors but for now believing in the company and to see a great press release may just be enough to run and run hard.

Who knows I have speculated before that instead of them uplisting why don't they merge into a otc shell or merge with another company. Hey ya never know

All this is just my opinion regarding what could happen if they still don't uplist or get the financials done.

as I recall, way back, around a year ago, the ol interview on WallST.Net said something about uplisting as quick as possible.....
