In the course of doing business, I have consultants and even clients sign NDA's to not only protect my interests but theirs as well. This is just normal activity and nothing out of the ordinary.

pratice, I had to sign one just to do a golf tournament,

but with the right spin, I guess it could be made to sound
like almost anything or any direction one may want to take it.

I'm talking to another companuy about a merge (nothing to do with Drake), I have my non-disclosures, they have their's, Cisco has their's HP has their's, can't even begin to tell you who many I've signed and had signed. They really should re-name it from NDA to CYA Agreement.
