I've noticed that whenever Apple has guided significantly downwards, it was after its FY Q1 (CY Q4) results were reported. That happened last quarter. Again. Any guidance below expectations at other times of the year seemed more minor.

If AAPL really did have a great quarter, and especially if estimates for the quarter get blown out, I don't foresee significant guidance downwards from current estimates for the rest of the year. Conservative guidance (so Apple can blow it out), sure, but not significant guidance downwards.

This year is looking good, at least through my eyes.
