If there wasn't a good chance that this company will make something of itself these people, or person would not be so disposed to attack. He is not doing it to save us as he claims or to save new investors. He's just out for revenge and this forum permits him some lattitude on so doing.
He simply fails to realize that by attacking constantly he undermines his credibility and makes himself and his cause inefective.
Perhaps future board readers will see a more reasoned individual with an opposing point of view. Seeing that they may put enough faith in his posts to cause them to do some research on their own but I sincerely doubt it.
You make some good points.
One more that is a major thing to me is the trade shows being attended. I doubt that a trade show is going to give a booth to a company that doesn't exist whether or not they pay for it.
