Most of you probably aren't aware of ACTS' some important new products releases in recent weeks. Here are two heavy-weight new products that are going to be super sales drivers for the rest of the year and years to come:
Top GPS maker LongLat Technology cooperated with Actions to put ACTS' newest GPS and MP3 chipset into its new mini series GPS products. These products are selling like crazy from day one in market. With over 60% annual growth and only 1% penetration rate, GPS is one of the fastest growing product in China in the ten years.
2. Top digital alburm promoting Actions digital alburm chipset with full force:
Similar to GPS, digital alburm currently has tiny peneration in China and is experiencing multiplicating growth every year. Actions' chipset is one of the top 2 most popular solutions in the market today.
These two promising new products, along with other key products and new marketing campaigns / cooperative contracts with major business partners we have seen since last fall, once again endorsed my team's assessment of $0.70+ EPS this year. More importantly, they once again proved that ACTS is still the most reliable, popular, and stably growing chipset maker in China today and within the foreseeable future.
We maintain our 2008 price target of 0.84 ~ 10.2 and have taken the chance of market weakness and noise trader speculations in the past several days and added our positions.
