You are right in respect that if that is the biggest problem and the company is still intact and still a possible of being a major player in their field down the line.
But deep inside would you not be p*ssed off that they get a free ride of sorts on us share holders who bought at .0008 and above and now the company is buying back the same shares they sold to you for 1/4 of the price. Besides it being illegal I believe in some aspects thats just not right. Man if thats what they are doing they can do it again and again and make money and never even have to sell a solar product.
As it being illegal that is my assumption based on the few things I know of SEC rules and I could be wrong actually, but if its not it should be.
