OK, now I've been thinking.....ALOT. If Qualico is having DELAYS because of MONEY ISSUES, then why don't they sell some of there 15+mill. shares? Or maybe they have BEEN. Seems kinda DUMB that they wouldn't bring the PPS up and then sell a few! Just some thougths.....from CANADA OF COURSE! And can ANYONE tell me WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?
