With sales they way they are there options are much greater so if they are diluting.... which i don't think they are...but if it was for extreme that would be good!!!JMHO DO YOUR DD and you won't sell!!
As stated by many of them and DAN there is no dilution here !!! I bet the aqusition wil be made by restriced stocks in my opinion. And even if there is A/S increase its a value added dilution so no worries.. This co is making money as we speak.
To Dainbramage and Mr. Rawlins, Kermit can answer that question. Kermit I need your help. They are not diluting. If they was they would start to loose controlling interest in their own company. PNHL holds 55 percent interest. Think about do you think this company is going to let shareholders gain control of their company. My answer is NO.
