If you are so sure of the legal sufficiency of your position, why haven't you taken all your evidence to the Attorney General in your jurisdiciton to get some charges leveled against "they". Have you provided a large brief to the SEC providing specifics on the mis-deeds you state?
Who all do you include in "they"?
IMO, you better start hoping for success by the current mgt team. That is more likely to happen before you will see an overhaul of the company management. As a "loyal shareholder", holding a large position, why don't you start supporting the objectives that company mgt have established.
