might be true for some, probably the other 30+ companies that also got halted and have since then disappeared, DC is still here.

made a killing off of jones soda as i followed it through the ranks, sold out rest of my shares in the high teens and low twenties.

every company sells stocks to fund stuff, that is the point of stocks.

people bought the hype of a new product, new sales people, promotions, because just maybe DCBR was going to start selling a significant amount of product based on new angle to break into energy drink market.

You hit the nail on the head, imo.

One issue that hasn't been addressed or even answered is those private placements that were bought at $2500 a pop to be first in line BEHIND Dick for a piece of the profits from the beverage sales touted and pumped in Nov. '06-Jan. '07 or thereabouts. Remember the nifty boxes they gave out and shipped out? So much for all the hype having any real results other than to suck in more people buying shares which then were RS'd. Ouchies.

This is one reason why we're probably NOT going to see any financials with anything positive because Dick & CO are obligated to pay AND if they don't pay and claim they didn't profit due to lack of sales, then those same investors could scream they've been defrauded because all of Dick's attention was directed toward the NEW products and allowed their investment to do nothing but like Dick's pockets and allow him the cash to set up this new venture which would be out and out FRAUD. If Dick & CO used ANY portion of those $2500 investments to finance this latest venture of DCBR, then ALL bets are off. Then it wouldn't surprise me to see DCBR move from Colorado to Nevada overnight in a Uhaul truck just to get away from the Colorado investors that would be set to lynch him and his cohorts.

DCBR is a train wreck that has to happened unless the new product explodes and literally brings in MILLIONS.... and it isn't doing that. So train wreck it is....the only question is WHEN, imo.
