Thanks for the comments--Im here truly by accident, ST, said this was a great opportunity at the 6 dollar range, I didnt care much for the chart at the time,so I waited it dropped under 4 and I took a half position, when it it hit 3 i bought my other half--it seemed like a good plan?? from there the stock dropped huge, I had a stop in at 2.90- my broker never accepted it and i got stuck!!! At that point I should have sold anyways, but that bloody human nature took over, and here I am still bitter and belly aching-lol-- Thats my rant/story, I hope the ending is better.

"If Livermore were alive I'm sure he would have seen the NNRI tape after last spring and noticed that something was wrong with the stock."

You are absolutely correct. The precipitous sp decline these past few months should have clued-in any intelligent investor that something was amiss here. Unfortunately, some of us were so stupid as to listen when some of their paid promoters kept saying "great buying opportunity, stupid to sell here, ridiculously undervalued here, this is a good price to accumulate, being manipulated by naked short-sellers, september / october / november...(pick any one) should be a good month for NNRI, life-changing stock, etc, etc."

In my case, looking back it was much like being boiled alive, but not really noticing because the heat was turned up gradually. With each drop in sp, instead of following my own trading / investing guidelines, for the first time in my trading life I layed all these aside and trusted someone who seemed to be 'in the know' with inside info and superior t.a. knowledge. With each sp drop, the little voice inside saying 'sell now' was drowned out by the lying drivel and false reassurances of someone touting the stock. Someone I believe you've defended numerous times here. We all try to make a living, but I don't think I could live with myself or sleep at night knowing I had cost so many people so much by misleading them.

What is left of my 'investment' in NNRI and GWDC is so small now it isn't worth either selling or worrying over. They're both worth around a tenth of what I bought them for when they were 'a great buying opportunity'.

How do we know hat management might not have been involved in forward selling their stock through offshore brokerage firms?? You are just taking their word without seeing their financial statements like checking accounts, money market accounts - their wifes accounts and children accounts. It is niave to just take someones word. Remember management sent Jim out to the stock promoters to get the stock noticed - same thing as to pump it. Then they say they do not pay to promote the stock - what do you call 50k shares to ST - a gift?? What is the deal with IM - he gets very discounted shares to promote the stock - was NNRI's management involved with that deal?? Richard works for the company as a consultant and the management did not know what was going on ha ha ??? To many funny things were going on and you take managements word without them showing us their financial sttements and their wifes, kids, cousins and friends. Once I see all of that information then I will make my call not until then will I take managements word. Think about it could have IM showed them how to us offshore bokerage accounts?? Supposedly all of you think IM is going to get nailed. I would bet he has the goods on different people. He is not stupid to doing these things with SEC watching him. Once I see all of the managements statements then I can say one way or another. Until then we will see - I bet the management will be changed and we will never know the real story - Maybe someone has some skeletons on them in the closet and they want to keep it that way. The jury is still out for me on if the management team profited with the price slide. They sure were not interested in defending it - was there a reason they were not interested in defending it??
