this ta represents 80 companies and is toTAlly legit- becasuse they wouldn't hand over netco to you is no reason for you to try to smear this company . what was done to you in the past by other people was terrible but no justification for what you are doing to this new company that is not related in any way to those people. they bought the shell. let your lawsuit play out. to seek your settlement in this manner seems like extortion and will most likely get you countersued.

rca, simple question: As the moderator here, are you interested in seeing this company succeed and that success reflected in the PPS, or is your sole interest in the failure of this company for some other personal reason? It's a well known fact you are involved in some sort of a lawsuit against former shell owners of this company, if this is true, IMO why are you the moderator here?? Simple question here.. no illwill intended.. TIA
