As far as the McElroy response..I had asked him a few questions about his involvement with the DIAS...the character of the organization itself and the members running it...and where he thinks this could potentially go in the future...He opened by mentioning that he had no idea about the merger what so ever...but then went on to say that he personally felt the Auto Salon is a great idea...and that if it was a success there would be a building built out at the Airport to serve as a major international destination for people in the Auto Industry..and he sees no reason why this can't be successful...He said he was also very impressed with Eric..and this a quote from the email..."I'm also very impressed with Eric Huang who is putting this all
together. If anyone can make this happen, he's the one."
The email address I used is the one for his bluesky.tv company..So to the best of my belief I recieved this email from THE John McElroy...I honestly didn't expect to get an answer from him so quick,,it came via blackberry..
And as for my feeling about the time frame here..most fluky pinks that run these deals always hit delays etc..granted anything can happen..but these seem to drag out for quite a while..the ones that are fully legit with reporting companies seem to move much faster..usually 30-90 days...take a look at some of the work of Phillip Frost that has been doing mergers lately..one of the recent ones is OPK...when there is actual money behind these plays they move...I think someone mentioned a few days back that it seemed alot of the details seemed to have been worked out before they announced the share exchange etc...I think that could be spot on here...I haven't checked the SportsEnt merger...but i would like to go and check out the time frames on that one...but I dont' have time right this minute...I'd have to say keep an eye on that daily list..when you see the reverse split the filing could hit in a blink..But again this is all just my feeling/opinion here..lol..we could still be waiting for these filings 30 years from now...
