So, when anyone writes anything in one of these blogs, it should be understood that it is written from their perspective and is, therefore, their opinion. I chose my words carefully and chose not to qualify my opinion as humble or otherwise.

There is very little about which to be certain in this market, but when one is so lucky to find a certainty, then one is wise to act on it.
