Sonic - are you suggesting there is a better management team out there? One that can double your investment return on an acquisition in 1 1/2 years; one that can get you on a Russian company board and navigate you through the cultural and political issues required to bring in additional contracts in a growing new industry; one that can resolve huge equity accounting issues with the Russian accountants; one that can negotiate a position for the company on the Russian exchange as soon as the Russian exchange resolves its internal policy issues; and one that does listen to its shareholders, and responds using a code of ethics and legal requirements rather than "reactive" and manipulative practices.
Tell me the names and background of the management team you think is better.
If you do not understand the accomplishments of this management team then you do not understand the realities, difficulties and leadership required to develop a business in Russia.
