I've never really been able to figure out the short term movements with this one, but I'm confident that 9-18 months from now that those holding NTRZ will be pleased. I'm continuing to add here. As long as nothing fundamental about the story changes for the worse, I'd say pps at around a dollar or less, is still a good buy point.
