This company doesn't seem to have the shareholder's interest in mind. From my perspective, they keep dumping shares into the market and paying for things with shares making it nearly impossible for the stock to move up.
The company and the stock exist as two completely different entities.
Whether or not the company will do anything to make this stock attractive enough to actually trade... nobody knows.
