via stock swap IF they're restricted shares... which is one of the things we're anxiously waiting for confirmation from the company... they owe us.

They don't sell stock for money...they use shares for the deal...restricted shares most likely. I would be very surprised if they were selling shares right now, and anyways, it is usually not hard to pick up...you'll see a MM like VFIN, HDSN or VNDM on the ask non-stop....all I've seen is retail....NITE UBSS etc. Not saying it is impossible, just not likely.
