I disagree that any of the lawsuits would affect development of RECAF. IMA has purchased companies or a major interest in companies that will be doing the development and have nothing to do with the lawsuits.

Abbott just did not turn out to be a very good partner. This product works really well but I just think Abbott did not fully understand how it works or what they had. Hopefully, the third licensee will have more enlightened management.
