The high stake management holds here is one of the most significant indicators of DRGP's potential. Any old vendors who were compensated with shares in the past will of course, be sellers but their shares will be exhausted at one point. Vendors never hold shares they receive as compensation, they just sell them as soon as they can with no regard to any better valuation in the future. However, DRGP's management holding their shares, and plenty of them, means something here.

Thanks for doing the legwork

Bottom line is that, short of the company asking us to raise the Authorized, which i don't think is in the cards according to melissa, we should see precious little more dilution beyond 87 million, since the Authorized is 100 mil

Just as a matter of course, any future valuations would be better served by using the worst case scenario of 100 million as the share count in valuation analysis
