It's usually from the HOD. But, this only apply to a fake rise (pushed by one of the many "penny tribes").

After reaching 0.003, MMGP was heading that way (it reached a minimum of 0.0018), but the strong last 10-Q, combined with today news, a strong buyer pressure eventually prevailed.

After just reaching 0.0039, it might probably head down again, and end up @ 0.0015 to 0.002, b4 moving up again. In any event, I just sold @ 0.0038 & 0.0.0039. Reason is simple: It was going too fast.
