Excerpt from www.pinksheets.com filing made a few days ago for GFET:

"The company has received a subpoena in connection with the trading halt of another company with which the company had an agreement breached by the other company, The Alternative Energy Teclmology Center, Inc., (AETE.PK), and with whom the company has no other dealings or relationship, other than a legal claim for rescission and reimbursement of the $50,000 advanced to AETE disclosed in the Annual Report, and claims for damages, management is not aware of any investigation of any beneficial owner, officer or director by any federal or state regulatory authority, including the SEC."

Interesting to note that although GFET claims to have "no other dealings or relationship", even with the long history that William Carmichael has with Mr. Mordekhay and being an officer of both.
