The winners for blks 5 and 6 have already been determined from the last licensing round, the blks should be officially awarded to them at the next JMC meeting in May. I believe the operator of 5 is a major British Exploration company, I don't remember who ended up winning 6. I am looking forward to see what we do with our percentages in each blk.
