Correct as of March 12, 2008 per the recent 10K. As I have stated in my previous posts, my opinion is as follows; the OS will rise quickly and substantially as the debt holders are paid monthly in shares at the current low price level. Further, I believe shareholders will see a continuing decline in the share price, unless management can quickly communicate something positive about the business plan to the investment community . I am holding out some hope there is something the debt holders know that led to the agreement to extend the deadline on the notes and accept stock in lieu of cash. Short of that, I personally don't see much to be optimistic about.
