I think because there is a glitch in the PR's.

Nasdaq is not showing an 8K, nor is Yahoo. But if you go to pink sheets, they show the 14 8K under filings

Under PR news, the last is for April 8th at Pinksheets.

Strange like the buys not showing up as any volume.
