I don't think they have an IRS problem. The IRS was probably just reviewing the books in light of the CFO being fired for lying on his resume and not having an accounting degree. If they had found anything there it would have been noted already. Same with the soup gang. Nothing there. No indictments or even mention of such. The company really needs to push the lawyers to get the investigations dropped and noted in filings so we can move forward as a company.

ERHE has said that the IRS is just a normal audit and should be completed soon.
