I agree. I had a stock uplist recently and they continued to publish PRs.

If it's a company strategy, then it is a pretty lame one IMO. They're killing (or have killed) interest in the stock because of IMO complete disregard for the shareholder.

They are also killing confidence in the company. They've IMO made it look like the only reason they post PRs is to sell stock since all PRs were around A/S increases.

They've also demonstrated complete inconsistency: 5 PRs in February, 6 or so in January, none in March, none so far in April. While seemingly not a big deal, IMO inconsistency in what seems minor translates to inconsistency in major issues.
