campe, I didn't read the recent SEC filing...just glanced at your excerpt. As to the low balling of expectations about CVIA ever getting back on the Bulletin Board, what I think is going on is an old penny stock vulture trick whereby over a long period of time you basically destroy all value in the company in order to drive out all the old longs -- which may explain why johnson is always telling people to sell, and also would imply that he has knowledge of management's strategy and is a part of this conspiracy to ruin the company -- for the purpose of allowing management and their cronies to short the stock down to zero, or close to zero, for which they will make a ton of money, and so that they can then cover at an extremely low price. Once they buy back their shares they gun the stock price and guess who are the only ones there to take the profits on the cheap shares that are bought back?: You got it; management and their cronies.
That's how you make a killing by killing a company.
