Look no further than Sandy and The lead Market Maker. In Pinkyland, they control the PPS. Look at many Pink Sheet stocks and when they did run, it was not from revenue, but by a PR coupled with emotion and anxiety by shareholders.

If after the 30th of this month, something does not happen within 15 days or so, we all should start to worry.
