Regulations would be nice, but I highly doubt it. This is how the companies make money. I dont think NYSE stocks work quite the same. Too many trades per minute. All you can do is do your best to buy at the lows. Lately I have been buying only half of waht I normally would in anticipation of dropping the price, then avg. down. Its a little safer. That is what I did here.
