Hi Looking,first sorry to hear you are out of work.I hope that you are successful in finding new employment very soon.I will have you in my prayers this week.
The share price is being played by the only market maker on the stock until the 15c211 is completed,which I had mentioned earlier takes about three weeks.The sad part is this is the MM they hired to protect them and he is manipulating the share price to accumulate shares for himself.I am hoping he will not cross that 1.00 mark or we will have serious problems at that point holding any value to our shares.
I talked to Tim Pham and told him I was furious for how Cavico handled this,,but unfortunately this situation is above his capabilities.
I have called Etrade more then a dozen times and they are just putting me off,they insist on going thru the DTC instead of the Transfer Agent.I would suggest everyone keep calling Tim and leaving messages of your displeasure of how this whole situation was handled.His number is 714-843-5456

on bid and ask .. i suspect
it will be very different

it's just fanc on both sides
of the bid and ask ..
they could bring this to a penny
if they want to ..
