nostink, yes the delay in the CDVJ dividend was disappointing but basically it is just a bump in the road. I spoke with the CEO of CDVJ today. He said "big things" are comin this week. And "something major is going into the CSJJ shell". I didn't invest in CDVJ just for the dividend, I look at the whole picture. It has always been a high risk play but I believe it has the potential to hit .03-.05 at least. The O/S has not changed since April 2nd and remains ~1,121,000,000. Something that you may not be aware of but CDVJ has many other projects in the works besides the St. Hubert Airport Redevelopment project. They are looking at 2 other airports for similar projects. Plus they are looking at large buildings to purchase and rent out. Lets keep this on the IHUB board, the RB board is really a waste of time.
