You are correct Songbird but Spooz also arranges within the contract with the third party how many shares they can release each day so as not to put pressure on the pps...so this dumping today was not a result of what Spooz would arrange with any dilution.

I also suspect that most of the new shares in the O/S are restricted!

Song, I believe you are correct.

Diluted shares are often issued to a third party (e.g. a financier) at 'par' value (i.e. 0.001 or 0.0001). Hence, for issuing 500,000,000 shares into the market (which it appears may happen here, as per the A/S increase from 1.5 billion to 2 billion) SPZI may only receive $500,000 or $50,000 (depending on what the contract, i.e. 0.001 or 0.0001).

I am hoping that they only need $500,000 to get them by until a) XXIS can make good on their payments, and/or b) STv2 is launched to the retail division. Otherwise, we may see another A/S increase to 2.5 billion. Fingers crossed that this will not happen.

Thanks songbirda and mullimatt ... I now see that a company may not sell the shares directly but get paid for them from a third party. But I still don't see why anyone would be selling stocks when they are at or less than their all time low.

Of course they were selling on the way down and maybe for the price they got them for they were still making a profit??
