I sure agree with you there! That was a tough day to get through.

But I feel it had to be done (like tearing off a Band-Aid) would have, should have, whish I, and so forth. But the truth is the opposite could actually happen.

I do not believe it's going to happen next week! But I do believe it will happen. With 20 million shares outstanding (and possibly some delusion) we could see a forward split of 1x1 by the end of the year.

I was in a small-cap that had an RS of 1x10 on a surprise announcement, and then came out with news fore months later and they did a 4 x 1 FS. By the time the dust settled and all the traders were out we were sitting extremely pretty! We also were in very good shape share structure, and advance to the big boards eventually.

I am in no way saying that this is the plan of DNC multimedia Corp. I'm just saying that I've seen it happen before and was actually part of it.

We have the goods and eventually they will be seen. JMH opinion. Val :-)
