Most longs say $3-5 after the 4:1 SI..instit. don't bother with much less than that.

Based on the EPS OF 2007 OF 0.14 WE CAN ASSUME ABOUT 0.25-0.30 FOR 2008..SO MAYBE A PE OF 10
