contest launches june 2. auditions beginning next week-
begun negotiations w tel. stations and networks... and reached some level of commitments...
those deals will be announced by those networks...
jv partner adcs has recently announced forecasted financials are 25 mill. that is an accurate figure...

re: walmart... working out final details/ when ready / walmart will be releasing that statemnet/
warner bros. we are working with warner/ will release that info. at appropriate time...
