Actually, there are places like Bellevue, Mattewan, Truckee Meadows, Middletown, Saint James Infirmary----etc,etc (cuckoo nests) that can help you out---(terribly expensive and you need someone to commit you) {I volunteer} ) I may need Slojab or Charhorse to help me get you assimilized (in the straight-jacket)
