Hart -- I'm having trouble getting much info about him. I'm sure he will be granted some shares. At some point.

I'd much rather see him buy some! A Form 4 would be great.

If this stock really is going to be "Cuban's Berkshire Hathaway" holding company, where he stuffs businesses he helps incubate into this public entity, then it would be nice to see others showing some interest.

Sometimes, quiet is good, you know?
