Hi Grafix, Per Pinksheets update...

The group of investors recognized by the merger as of October 27, 2007 will be issued 10,980,000 class C shares as per debt repayment accepted by Aquagold Canada before the merger and part of the merger process. Each of the investors will receive a number of shares reflecting their investment as $0.05 per share as per their subscription.
