Good morning all CCWW'ers :-)

That's the exact reason that I bought CCWW, and more importantly... added.

Good morning, Starnes. I think you raise a very valid point that is being overlooked by many of the sahreholders, or those still sitting on the outside watching.......

Considerations:

1) Monday's PR again stipulated the LHC spin-off would be "at no consideration"...........in english, that means at no cost to the recipients (CCWW shareholders)

2) The spin-off provides a 1:1 dividend; in essence, that will reduce the cost base to 50%, if one were to spread it equitably across both their LHC and CCWW holdings

3) The company has indicated that LHC shares will be distributed POST-SPLIT. With a 1:1 ratio, that means that LHC will have the EXACT same share structure as CCWW: 150M AS, <10M OS and less than 2.5M in the public float.......

4) At what pps will the company open trading on LHC? $0.01 per share? No way! That would put the market cap at $100K and allow someone to buy the entire float for $20,000!

5) Will it open at $0.10 per share? Perhaps, as that increases the market cap to $1M.......but when one consider that a clean shell can capture between $500K to $1M, still unlikely, as LHC will be anything BUT a shell.......

6) Perhaps $1 pps? $10M market cap? Not unreasonable, when you consider what we know about LHC so far: (a) a patent pending product, per the PR, (b) a second product, as yet undisclosed, which has already been approved for commercialization, per filings (c) a third product under development, per their filings, and (d) something else?

The company has constantly reminded us in every PR about LHC.......why? Is there more there that they have yet to unveil? Are they trying to get shareholders to look at the TOTAL picture, imagining the long-term prospects here? Just how big is LHC going to be??????

So based on the above, pick a price that YOU think would be warranted. Multiply that price by how many shares you will have of LHC, coupled with the value of CCWW you will have post-split, and you will see one of the many reasons why I feel so strongly that this play is not only a clean one, but also remains severely undervalued.....
