I think that a characterization that the company is down to it "last legs" is not fair.

It doesn't take much to spook people at this pps. The pps is irrespective of what the "state of the company" is at this particular point in history as has been demonstrated by the past pps.

I have never held to the MM manipulation theory. They profit from every trade. In this case, I think it is dilution. There has been increasing accumulation and money flow, yet pps has slowly fallen in this recent chart pattern. The base seems to be .002. IMHO, I think this has been due to dilution; no big chunks going by, but a slow bleed every day....With a gagged TA, we won't know until a subsequent filing...
