#1332 RE: oneofthegoodguys #1331

Good morning:

One of our shareholders pointed out to us that ZingiberRx is featured in the “News and Trends” section of the May issue of Prevention Magazine [page 36].

The magazine’s circulation is 3.3 million, and this is an unsolicited - but welcome - editorial feature.

We are beginning to receive online orders from this source, growing testament that ZingiberRx is gaining awareness.

Regards,

Dieter

while your feelings are helpful, these are all generalizations and don't always help the discussions. Let's look at some facts. There are over 2 million units of ICY hot sold every year. There are $25 million units of Tiger Balm sold every year. This market is filled with pain creams - so these are two successful products in a competitive market - and they don't actually do anything... They take your mind off the pain. The market for over the counter anti-inflamatory products is fairly new. Previously, prescribed steroids were used. But ZingiberRx is one of a few that actually has anti-inflamatory capabilities - but they are by no means alone. The point is, you can still be successful in a crowded market. I would argue that selling as many units as IcyHot is not out of the question because it actually works. That would be $25M in revenue from the one product. ok, now go to your comparables in the medical products market.. Find some similar size, float, dilution, etc... Look at trading history and prices.. This is in fact a very valuable product - with huge margins. The OTC market for vitamins, creams, etc.. is extremely lucrative.. extremely. that is why it is crowded but also can be very successful for even moderately effective products..
