If the info is mostly true, that is not bashing, more asking questions and coming up with facts that JB does not want others to see.
When the new authorized share count was found out on Fri afternoon, monday morning a new filing was done to reduce it some. (It has subsequently been increased by a factor of 10)
We do not actually know if anything has been done except put up a tent on a slab. (assuming that it is really actually owned by PHGI) Has anyone seen any equipment? Any production actually happen. Remember they started this part in OCT' 07.
Gold mine ? who knows anything. Assuming it is really there, could be just a pile of rocks.
This is seeming to me to be more of a scam that JB took three really "hot" areas, BioFuel, Gold and "advanced communications" HD AM radio.
Reminds me of the saying "put some lipstick on this pig" and get it out the door to whoever will buy it.
More than one poster has indicated that JB has told them things that turned out to be not true. Even the press releases, One Billion of Assets, the PR to say that he will do a PR later that day, etc speak of BS rather than getting new facts out.
The ONLY FACT we know is the share price, that doesn't lie to anyone.
Just the opinion of a guy down 99.99% (like most everyone else)
