no doubt Tom will be successfull. But his shareholders wont. The shareholders just gave Tom S 80% of a company he paid nothing for. I'd say he's been quite successful already.

Yes AP you are correct he does have a history of "Reducing the OS" but not a history of a "Buyback of Shares"

I don't know, but my math says from 186 million to 1 billion is an increase. BTW, there are a few 8K's TS filed, that show that we are heading towards 22.7 billion that would be an increase also.
