Prior actions, yes he bought a shell with over 20 million of legacy debt that the shareholders paid off for toms friend. And Tom the great business mind that he is missed it ! yeah right.

Paying paid promoters helped him to raise those funds. Thats somthing even you cant question. Of course the shareholders paid for that as well with further dilution from CeoCast.
