Well said, $oldier...the company deserves applause and appreciation. Where the "norm" is that CEO's make grandiose promises about their company which are seldom realized, the integrity of this company is outstanding. Instead of falling short of published plans and predictions, the company has time and again exceeded what they said they were going to do! The story keeps getting better and better!
IMO the company management has twigged onto something that make so much sense but is seldom seen to this extent - what is good for the shareholders is also good for the company; by working together for the best interests of all, GREAT things can happen. I am very glad to be a part of something so good - it is so rare.
