They will do the RS when it gets close to 4 billion which doesn't take long considering the money they need just to stay afloat. I suspect they might stop filing before end of year as that sucks up some $$$. Go pink. The way they got things structured no I don't think shareholders have a chance to turn it down. They reap what they sow hanging on to this garbage.
