I think you have me confused. Again what is an 8K, and what is going on with Mataras, the former Secretery, do you know? I only learned of this Co. about a month ago. I have a bid in to buy soon, would like any and all info to up-date me, is this a bad investment? Peaceful Vibration Tipi Tom
